Donation Refund Policy

Vision Futurism Foundation is committed to transparency in all our operations, including our policy on refunds for donations. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

For Domestic (Indian) Donors:

• Refunds will be processed only in cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate payments or when an incorrect amount is transferred.
• To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 calendar days of making the donation.
• Refund requests should be sent via email to visionfuturismfoundation@gmail.com with the subject line "Donation Refund Request."
• Please include your full name, donation date, amount, transaction ID, and reason for requesting a refund.
• No refund will be processed once a tax certificate has been issued in the donor's name.
• Bank charges or payment gateway fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.

For International Donors:

• As per the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA), once foreign funds are received, refunds cannot be processed except in cases of proven fraud or technical error.
• For technical errors or duplicate payments, please contact us within 7 calendar days of making the donation.

Refund Processing:

• All eligible refund requests will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation.
• Vision Futurism Foundation reserves the right to request additional information to verify the refund claim.
